Muhammad Novrizal is a Mobile Engineer, as well as a mental health activist who provide a community support programs. Since January 2019, Rizal has built a peer support group based for persons with psychosocial disabilities on Whatsapp and Instagram, which was created specifically as a place to share everyone’s experiences and problems about their mental health conditions.

Born on November 12, 1993, Rizal has experienced bullying from his peers since he was young. entering the employment sector, he felt more pressure mentally. Based on that, Rizal has a mission to continue to help people with psychosocial disabilities based on peer support group. Rizal also drives his mission by providing information about mental health to the wider community, thus, the awareness about the importance of mental health can grow in the community.

Apart from being a Mobile Engineer, Rizal has plethora hobbies including photography, painting, music, cooking, and composing stories or poetry. He often spend time to do these hobbies with his friends in the as a positive activities, which aim to provide motivation and therapeutic media that are expected to help maintain the mood and mental health with other fellow friends.
