Rina Refliandra is women activist for the issue of women with psychosocial disabilities. She fights for the rights of women with psychosocial disabilities. Born on March 2, 1983, since high school Rina has been active in socializing reproductive health for her fellow adolescents, the activity had encouraged her to continued bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduation, Rina continue to work in an organization that focus on women’s rights, campaigning for the elimination of violence against women and becoming peer counselor and companion for women survivor of sexual violence and since then Rina has continued to be interested in promoting women’s rights. In her work as a companion, Rina has collaborated with various civil society organizations and the government.
Currently, Rina is working at a national human rights institution in Indonesia for almost 10 years. Since working at a human rights institution. Rina is strengthening her capacity and knowledge about disability issues, especially women with disabilities who are victims of violence. She started to participate in developing a psychosocial disability organization focuses on community-based support programs and fights for the rights of people with psychosocial disabilities with her colleagues, Remisi.
