Hello! I am Muhammad Novrizal. Professionally, I work in the tech industry as a Mobile Engineer. However, beyond the lines of code, I am a neurodivergent individual, an activist dedicated to advocating for mental health and the rights of people with disabilities, and the Founder of DESUGO.ID—a mental health support community based on Instagram.

My journey stems from a place of personal challenge. Born on November 12, 1993, I grew up navigating the difficulties of peer bullying from a young age, which was later compounded by intense mental pressure when I first entered the workforce. Driven by these turning points, I began reaching out in January 2019 to find and connect with peers on Instagram who needed a safe space, eventually building a community network through WhatsApp groups. To foster deeper connections, we also make an effort to hold monthly in-person (offline) meetups whenever possible. I built this space specifically so that individuals with psychosocial disabilities can support and embrace one another without fear of judgment.

As a neurodivergent person, I am acutely aware that the world is often not designed for those whose brains work differently. Because of this, I take an active role in championing the rights of friends with disabilities within my immediate environment. I truly believe that inclusivity is something we must actively fight for and bring to life.

For me, maintaining mental health is an ongoing journey, and art is one of its finest remedies. In my free time, I thoroughly enjoy photography, painting, playing music, cooking, and writing stories or poetry. I routinely engage in these creative activities with friends from the community as a form of self-care, positive recreation, and a wonderful way to uplift our moods and look after our mental well-being together.
